Onosato was flying to start Kyushu, opening up 9-0. Then he lost to Yoshinofuji on Day Ten and Takanosho on Day Eleven, and he injured his shoulder when he fell hard while beating Aonishiki. That not only put him back with the other leaders, but made him miss Day Fifteen and any chance of a yusho. He is absolutely sumo's best wrestler when healthy, and an injury concern has finally come to him.
