Kirishima did not do well at Sekiwake in September, especially considering he began 4-0. He didn't have any terrible losses overall, but he did rack up nine of them. That's kind of the margins at Sekiwake, but it's probably fair to wonder how well he is still able to compete against the very best. (If he drops to lower Maegashira, though, watch out. This isn't to say he isn't good, just not quite as good as he used to be.)
